Ms. Candace's Handbook

Dear Families,

I am looking forward to working with you and your children this year and helping them to achieve their full potential. Our days and weeks will be filled with many wonderful experiences and opportunities to learn and grow. We are so excited you will be part of our school family this year.

I would like to introduce myself, my name is Ms. Candace, and I am delighted to be your child’s after school teacher this year. This will be my first year teaching out of my home, my third-year teaching at Blair Road, and my 20th year of childcare experience. I love teaching so much. I have three boys ages 8, 7, and 3. So, believe me, I’m in the thick of this parenting stage with you. I get it! I am also married to my wonderful husband, Mike.

I believe that a good parent-teacher relationship is necessary for maximum success. Throughout the year I will communicate with you through notes, phone calls, texts, emails, and Shutterfly.
